Taverne d'Arbois

Since I'm a little behind in posting these pictures were taken last Saturday. We toured another cheese factory and drank MORE wine and then had a 4 course lunch in downtown Arbois at La Finette.

Wine tasting- Riesling & Pinot Noir at 10 am. Solid start to the morning.

Appetizer french onion soup at lunch

sausage made locally with boiled potatoes and melted cheese for dipping.

Assorted cheese after the entree. It was way too strong so I didn't ask the name. I will probably never want to eat it again.

Apple tart for dessert and....

Vanilla ice cream. Ice cream is always a winner.
